You ordered your legal supplies and now you’re wondering about all of the shipping particulars. Rest assured—we have you covered. We pull all the strings we can to get you what you need ASAP. How do we do this? We operate with only one rule in mind: choose the fastest standard shipping method from our door to your's (we'll even ship priority mail, at no extra charge).
The Highlights
1. Most orders arrive at your door in 1-2 business days, but some could take up to 5.
2. Order by 3:00 PM EST on weekdays for same-day shipping. Order by 2:00 PM EST for expedited shipments.
3. Orders containing 75 packs of Legal Tabs or more, ship free!*
4. Expedited shipping is available on Legal Tabs! (Everything else ships ground).
5. Some orders ship from multiple warehouses. (Rest assured, your remaining items are coming).

Common Questions
When will my order ship?
Standard Ground
For same day shipping, place your order before 3:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Expedited Shipping on Legal Tabs
For expedited delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday to receive same-day shipping. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.
When will I receive my order?
Standard Ground
This isn't a crumby “economy (7-14 day)” shipping method. It's tried and true ground shipping. Most orders are delivered in 1-2 business days, but could take up to 5.
Expedited Shipping on Legal Tabs
Carrier guaranteed 1, 2 or 3 day deliveries are available for Legal Tabs only.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard Ground
We're excited to offer free standard ground shipping within the continental US on all orders containing 75 packs of Legal Tabs or more.
All orders that don't meet that requirement, are charged our negotiated UPS Ground shipping rate. Rest assured, we don't make money on shipping. We pass our special UPS rate along to you.
- Free Standard Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territory addresses. Delivery charges will be applied at checkout.
- International shipping is not currently available.
Expedited Shipping on Legal Tabs
Your options and shipping costs will be presented at checkout based on the your location.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we sure do, but only on Legal Index Tabs
You placed your order for legal tabs today, but needed them yesterday. No worries, it happens all the time. We don’t have a time machine, but we can get you your tabs ASAP.
Carrier guaranteed 1, 2 or 3 day deliveries are available for Legal Tabs only. Expedited orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST on regular business days to guarantee they'll be shipping same day. Expedited orders placed after 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the following business day. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery option at checkout.
Do you ship outside of the continental United States?
Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, & US Territory Addresses
At present, we can only offer you LegalSupply’s core, best of breed products—that includes Legal Tabs. Sorry, no pencils for you sir… at least not yet. Please allow for additional time in transit.
- Free Standard Shipping is not available. Delivery and handling charges will be applied at checkout.
